1. Learning Phase
Our courses have been carefully created and structured to ensure that you build industry-relevant skills upon completion. The learning phase is flexible- you can start, and finish whenever fits your schedule. The courses are industry-focused, practice-driven and directed towards solving real-life challenges faced by employers today.
Each course consists of Learning materials, and Labs which have been designed to move the training sessions from concept and theory, to hands-on practical activities.
2. On-boarding Phase
This phase occurs in cohorts and happens at specific times in a year.
In addition to getting a certificate, you have the option to spend a few days in a learning environment with other successful students. During this period, you will get to develop soft skills as well as build a portfolio of projects that enable you to put into practise what you have learnt. This phase also includes being exposed to the Slatecube talent cycle, site visits, one-to-one learning session at our office, fire side chat with professionals and personal branding activities.
3. Job Matching Phase
Put all your hard work and learning to productive use.
This stage typically occurs 1 week before top candidates successfully complete the Program. We work to place these top candidates into world-class companies in the Slatecube Network.
This gives you the opportunity to collaborate with world class professionals on projects, research, and innovations. There is no limit to what you can do and most importantly, what you can be.
