BD & Sales Associate
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development/Sales Associate to join our team!
YOUR DAILY TASKS
- Active client search (lead generation) – prospecting for new clients and establishing long-term business relationships on international markets (cold calling, head hunting, social selling),
- Analyzing customers’ needs and preparing personalized offers and optimal recruitment,
- Strong focus on providing business value to potential clients by helping them to define and understand their recruitment needs,
- Delivering exceptional client experience – from recruitment needs analysis to brainstorming and recommendations on candidate ,
- Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on loyalty, partnership and overall customer success,
- Conducting business talks with people who oversee recruitment and talent management in companies,
- Daily cooperation with recruitment process stakeholders like Universities, Labor Unions, Government agencies etc.
- Monitoring the market in terms of sales opportunities.
SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Self-starter with great organizational skills, independence,
- Passionate for business development and not afraid of new challenges,
- Appealing personality, able to empathize with clients and address their potential concerns,
- Familiar with principles of maintaining business contacts, (e-mail, Zoom, Skype, LinkedIn, face to face meetings),
- Creativity and proactive approach in problem-solving,
- Ease of establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships,
- Exceptional communication skills in English (native speakers of English and international candidates welcome),
- Ability to plan and execute sales strategies,
- Experience in similar position, ideally at a software company/market.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Level of technical knowledge necessary to advise clients on strategy and steps in the ideal recruitment,
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques,
- Existing network of contacts and business partners in South Africa and Nigeria,
- Entrepreneurial spirit,
- Knowledge of sales tools – CRMs etc.
